Our Go-To WFH Outfits

Yeah, we’re still getting dressed up for Zoom classes. Why aren’t you? Lolz. There’s no shame in the pajamas game at all, but we’ve noticed getting up, getting dressed, and maybe throwing on some makeup is the key to getting through this quarantine. Here’s what the BOS co-presidents are wearing to feel our best during these WFH days.

Izzy Cavazzoni

I call this look “The Most That Anyone is Getting Out of Me Until Quarantine is Over.” BUT, it features three of my favorite clothing items in my closet at the moment. I’m currently trying to create a minimal capsule wardrobe for the summer, pending normal life resumes, and it’s going to be full of basics like these. Wearing classic pieces just helps me to feel my best!!!

Oak + Fort Trousers

Before I bought these I was on a FRANTIC search for classic, ’90s-esque trousers. These. Are. Perfect. They’re high-waisted, straight legged, and the perfect balance between modern trousers and the vintage look we’re all loving these days. Very comfy too—so perfect for long hours on the couch trying to do school work.

Uniqlo Crewneck

I’ve been obsessed with Uniqlo recently, and this sweatshirt is one of the purchases that I quite literally wear at least three times a week. Perfect with leggings, jeans, or, in this case, trousers!!! I really didn’t want to look too ~business-y~ because that’s super not my vibe so a sweatshirt and trousers is the perfect way to look effortlessly cool.

Reebok Sneakers

These shoes are iconic. You can’t see in the photo, but on the back they say “It’s a Man’s World” crossed out with red lines. I will happily wear feminist ideology on any and all pieces of clothing. Unfortunately, these sneakers are sold out for the time being. But, Reebok has the same sneakers without the saying on the back that work just fine.

Sophie Oliver

While in quarantine I have found that my go to outfits are usually sweatpants and some kind of cropped top/sweater. But now that it is finally getting warmer outside I have been reaching for the sweatshirt and shorts duo. I have been seeing this bleach dye trend all over the place (BTW check out my blog on how I made this ~fit~) and I decided it was time I try it out for myself. I LOVE the way this set turned out and it is the perfect work from home attire when you wanna feel like you’re trying but you’re still comfy.

Target Crewneck

Obviously there is nothing special about this basic black crewneck. You can find these anywhere and at a much cheaper cost, but I honestly had slim picking cause the ‘Rona has wrecked my local Target. What makes this crewneck special is the bleaching process!

Target Basic Black Shorts

Again, there is really nothing special about these basic black shorts. You can find these anywhere, or maybe even in your own home! Try to find a fabric that is soft, and easy to apply bleach to in order to make the dyeing process much simpler.

Nike AirForce 1s

Okay now there is something special about these shoes. They are in fact my latest obsession. They are customized Nike AirForce 1s that I designed at the beginning of quarantine. They have black paneling on the sides, a custom Nike AF1 label, and black paneling on the back. My favorite part of the shoes is not pictured unfortunately because it is on the back of them, but the back of the shoes have my initials. Not gonna lie, that part makes me feel pretty cool.

Sunglasses

I have been eyeing (lmao no pun intended) these sunglasses since they were released on Crap Eyewear. I think they’re trendy, fun and kinda diva-y so basically that is why I loved them so much. Also Emma Chamberlain designed and I mean who doesn't want to be like her??

Chain Necklace

If you have read any of my articles you have already seen this necklace multiple times. She is my go to simple chain and I love her so much. This chain is perfect for layering, but you can also easily wear it by itself and make a statement!

Initial Pendant Necklace

This necklace is simple, but really adds to every necklace stack. I particularly love this necklace because the pendant itself can be worn on any chain. It is really easy to transfer the pendant from a shorter to a longer chain if you ever feel like switching it up.

Lindsay MacLennan

In order to keep myself sane during this restless time, I try to put on a (relatively) cute/put-together outfit and some makeup everyday.  My go-to outfit is normally a pair of sweats and a crop top. If I know I need to work out and I’m not feeling motivated, I throw on some leggings and a sports bra with a high pony and some mascara to get me ready for the day and force me to work out!  However, today I decided to rock the studious sweats look with a pop of blue eyeliner (which sadly doesn’t show up in the photo) and my prescription glasses lol.

Brandy White Long Sleeve Tank Top

I can’t even find this online because I bought it sooo long ago, but it’s one of my staples.  This long-sleeved top pairs easily with sweats or jeans, but per quarantine fashion I’ve been wearing it with sweats!

Black Sundry Sweatpants

These sweatpants are my FAVE.  I love the subtle striped detailing, and especially the gold accent. I’ve been wearing these constantly during quarantine with black or white crop tops and gold hoops.  The comfy cool vibe is definitely my staple right now.

UGG Fluff Yeah Slippers

Unlike Sophie and Izzy, I cannot bring myself to wear sneakers in the house.  Though shoes definitely make an outfit outside of the house, I’ve been ~living~ in my UGG fluff yeah slippers.  I’m sure you’ve seen them online because they are the cutest thing. I love wearing them with my black sundry sweatpants to tie the outfit together.  Def recommend if you want to invest in some comfy and ~stylish~ slippers because they are my go-tos at the moment.
