Business X Fashion Month

In November 2019, BC Fashion Club hosted its first Business X Fashion Month with a series of speakers and on-campus recruiting events dedicated to those interested in molding a career in both industries. The high-profile speakers who dropped by campus (virtually and in-person) included the CEO of Urban Outfitter Group, the owner and celebrity stylist of Brookline’s Hypebeast store Sizerun Supply, the Macy’s VP of Men’s Merchandising, and a panel of Boston’s youngest fashion entrepreneurs. Boston Celtics-based 7uice brand representatives also made a surprise appearance for all things streetwear and what it’s like starting a business! Eyewear-manufacturing powerhouse Luxottica hosted a virtual recruiting event on campus for prospective summer interns (positions ranging from supply chain analytics to finance and advertising).

Thanks to our incredible speakers Trish Donnelly Davidson, Rod Lee, Quenton Brown, Mary Beth Sheridan, the Luxottica Team, and owners of Paridaez Clothing and Zirui Go Case for making November 2019 such a successful month!
